Topic : IATF audits-common findings and how to prevent them-guidelines for readiness
Speaker: Gabriel Silvestru
Gabriel has 35 years working experience in Europe, Asia and North America in a number of manufacturing industries, primarily automotive, with more than 25 spent in quality. He holds a bachelor and master of science degree in mechanical engineering, is a CQE, CMQ-OE, Six sigma Black belt and a Lead assessor for ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 since 2017. He has worked in plant and corporate lead positions with organizations such as Lear, FCA, American Axle. In its current role, Gabriel is involved in supporting multiple plants maintaining and consolidating their quality systems, achieving success in their third-party audits and trains new IATF internal auditors.
Gabriel is a promoter of the quality management and continuous improvement principles and of utilizing the power of audits for effectiveness and robustness of systems.
